Mikhail
Khvostov was appointed as Ambassador of Belarus to the United States and
to Mexico (non resident) on March 21, 2003. He arrived in Washington,
D.C. on May 16, 2003. Mr.Khvostov presented his Letters of Credence to President
of the United States George W. Bush on September 8, 2003 and to
President of Mexico Vincente Fox on February 17, 2004.
